Until recently, Wayne was the Chief Executive Officer of OSL, a USD $1 billion market cap regulated Digital Asset firm publicly listed in Hong Kong.
Wayne is also a co-founder and current Chairman of Valenhold, a mining services company that has twice been named in the Top 100 fastest growing companies in Australia (AFR’s Fast Starters List) and which was also the State and National Winner of Telstra’s 2023 Best of Business Awards.
Wayne has more than 18 years of experience in digital assets, investment banking, trading and finance and in the past, Mr. Trench held senior roles in major financial institutions, including as CEO of Octagon Strategy and as an Executive Director/Leader at Morgan Stanley and Macquarie bank. Wayne also co-founded Aspir, a diversified mineral processing technology and equipment supplier in Australia, which was acquired by the Weir Group in 2013.
He holds an MBA from the University of Southern Queensland, a Bachelor’s in Business Management from the University of Queensland and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Mr. Wayne Trench
Mr. Wayne Trench (“Mr. Trench”) is an Advisory Board Member, Shareholder and an Investor in I&B Investment Co. He is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience across multiple industries including traditional Investment Banking & Stockbroking, Digital Assets as well as Mining Services.

Nathan has managed over $2 billion in development assets and is passionate in driving the growth and development of South-east Queensland. His extensive experience carries across the residential, commercial, retail and aviation sectors, with 20 years development experience throughout Australia and South-East Asia.
Nathan's finance qualifications combined with a design and marketing background provides a unique skillset to identify opportunities, align market drivers and financial metrics, procure expert teams and deliver outstanding developments.
Nathan holds a Bachelor of Finance and Bachelor of Business Management from the University of Queensland and has been the Director of numerous property advocacy bodies and Chambers of Commerce throughout Queensland.
Mr. Nathan Andersen
Mr. Nathan Andersen ("Mr. Andersen") is an Advisory Board Member, Shareholder and an Investor in I&B Investment Co. He is the founder and Managing Director of Core Property Partners, a property development and diversified delivery group.
From childhood, Mr. Nowrozi envisioned two goals: excelling in sports and becoming a successful real estate investor and businessman. Since his arrival in Australia as a refugee, his vision was to add value to his family, community and Australia through his passion in sport and business. In a short space of time combined with Mr. Nowrozi’s resilience, tenacity and work ethic led him to represent Australia, achieve a high ranking of #7 in the world juniors, #1 in Australia and Oceania Region in Squash in 2015. After his athletic career, he worked as a Banker for several years at the Bank of Queensland.
With over 6 years of experience in the real estate residential sector, he has gained extensive skills from acquisition to the full property development lifecycle including, but not limited to, market analysis, site sourcing and evaluation, due diligence, financial feasibility, design and planning, coordinating and procuring expert consultants. In addition, he is an international best-seller and co-author of PEAK PERFORMANCE: Mindset Tools for Athletes and an author of FUNDAMENTAL GUIDE TO BECOMING THE BEST SQUASH PLAYER. He is also, a registered author with the Library of Congress, the National Library of Australia, and Amazon.
His vision is to live according to his higher awareness, positively impact humanity, and empower the next generation by providing safe, sustainable housing, support and education in a healthy community environment, all while offering attractive, consistent returns for its stakeholders and investors.

Mr. Solly Nowrozi ("Mr. Nowrozi") is Chairman, CEO & Founder of I&B Investment Co., a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). He is a visionary real estate investor, businessman, former banker, writer, squash coach, and retired professional athlete.
